Or why not furniture for a doll house? The blue owl illustrated on the packaging box is at an advanced level and needs more than 100 planks. Thus, additional natural planks are necessary. Regarding the quality of wood, it is smoothly polished, without causing splinters.

How many Wooden Planks Toys do I need?

– Minimum 100-200 building planks to recreate basic smaller objects
– About 300-450 building planks for medium-sized architectural structures
– Up to 1000 and/or higher to construct more sophisticated masterpieces. Surely, no limits here ☺️

Educational values of Wooden Planks Toys

You can definitely introduce wooden building blocks between 2 and 3 years. Just do not expect much at this stage. As the play with such wooden planks would look more like a random stacking game.

Research also shows, that if grown-ups regularly exercise with children until the age of 4 years, children are actually able to recreate a simple house, a car, etc. by the time they are 3,5 years old.

So, monitor and decide when the right time has come to enrich the construction experience of children. The older the child gets, the more creative and complex building results are.
