To safeguard your privacy we regularly update our systems and software, conduct random checks and run other necessary security measures in order to prevent unauthorised access, misuse or falsification. Our hosting provider and web developer are trusted Partners. NeuroToys operates under strict confidentiality; thereby we do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. Only if it is absolutely necessary and permitted by law, shall we disclose information to third parties to deliver appropriate performance of our online store; for example, to process an order (payment processing companies, postal carriers, etc.).
Yet, considering the Internet is a vast global platform and accessible to everyone, NeuroToys excludes any liability for data breach during its online operations.

Handling of personal data

Access data via account
In order to deliver our promise to you, we require you to create an account, where we collect your names, address, your birthday, your children’s names, their birthdays, etc. This allows you to make a faster checkout, save your wish list and enjoy other benefits. As the Customer, you can delete your account at any time, thereby loosing all the earned points from the Loyalty Programme.
Access via log files
Every time you visit our website, we (NeuroToys) collect data, such as server log files. The following is being registered: name of the web page, date and time of visiting, browser version, operating system, URL of the previously visited page and the name of the host and his/her IP address.
The webshop uses this data strictly for analytical purposes, identification of trends and optimisation of current systems and processes.
Access via newsletter
Our newsletter has two variations: 1) receive general updates, promotions, special offers and news about products, and 2) customised subscription that requires more detailed information about you and your child(ren). In both cases, we need your consent to include you into the mailing list.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing to customer@neurotoys.fun or using an option offered to do so in every newsletter previously sent.

NeuroToys conducts thorough checks when linking own website to external sites. Even though there was no threat found at the time of linking, NeuroToys cannot control content and full evolution of those sites. Thus, NeuroToys does not take responsibility for any third-party actions. Access and use of such websites is at the user’s own risk.

Facebook & Instagram
When you visit the website of NeuroToys, it establishes a connection between Facebook server (in California, USA) and your browser. The server recognises your IP address with your user account in order to effectively reach you with tailored Facebook ads including tracking purposes. NeuroToys does not receive any information on the content of the data transmitted.
When you visit the website of NeuroToys, it also establishes a connection of your IP address with Instagram (Facebook owns Instagram). This allows Instagram to associate your visit with potential remarketing tags and reinforce behavioural advertising.
