The wooden fraction puzzle from Andreu Toys is multi-functional. What a soft and smart start into the world of mathematics and geometry!
It accomplishes 2 main goals. Firstly, it teaches shape sorting of 20 geometric puzzles with 5 shapes. Secondly, the base is reversible, offering: 1) a fractions game of 5 types of shaped fractions; 2) and learning-to-count skills from 1 to 5.
Ideal early start with the wooden fraction puzzle: 2 years (remove the fraction puzzle pieces from the reversible bottom; offer them ONLY as of 3 years old. Due to the small size of the fraction pieces and their respective chocking hazards, use only the upper part with the wooden pins to place 20 colourful shapes on them).
Age: 3 years – offer the whole puzzle
Size: 22.3 x 18 x 5.7 cm
