There are 2 ways to do so. Create an account and become a Member of the NeuroToys’ Club. In the section “Newsletter”, click the “sign up” button and fill out the form. By becoming our Member, you will also benefit from our Loyalty Programme.

What kind of tailored newsletters shall I expect?
Once you subscribe, we will receive details about your child’s year and date of birth. Using and analysing this information, we will biannually email you updates about your child’s developmental milestones together with an overview and orientation of learning materials/toys that we highly recommend. Toys that actually work and are fun – they stimulate and encourage your child’s physical, intellectual and social growth.
How do I redeem my Coupon and/or Gift Certificate?

Are your products certified?
Yes, of course, all the learning materials and toys comply with the EN71 requirements and have necessary certifications. Many products would typically carry even a wider coverage of tests and certifications in compliance with alternative global standards.
Does NeuroToys ship globally?
Yes, we do. We ship with the Swiss Post, our reliable partner. Once a parcel leaves Switzerland, it is passed to your country’s national postal service (unless agreed internationally otherwise) and will be processed accordingly.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course, you will be notified!
If the parcel cannot be delivered, because I was not at home, what happens?
Your parcel will be returned to the nearest distribution centre of your local post (unless notified otherwise) and will stay there for only a limited number of days/weeks. Please inquire about local regulations and plan accordingly.
Do I get my money back, if I have not been able to pick up the parcel and it is returned back to you?
If the purchased order returned back safely to Switzerland, where no damage to the goods occurred during shipping, your money will be refunded. However, shipping costs (back and forth) will be shouldered by you, the customer, and as a result withheld by NeuroToys. Additionally, you should right away inform NeuroToys that the package is on its way back.
How long will it take to receive my package?
It will depend on your country. Considering the current global situation, delays may be expected.
If a toy is on sale, does it mean it is discontinued? Is it damaged?
We rarely have items on sale.
Since NeuroToys thoroughly refines the collections from the global toy market – it is never about the concept, functionality or seasonality. An item would only go on sale due to some cosmetic flaws that a toy has, yet they will not influence any functional features.
Do you offer a customised programme for a nursery and a kindergarten?
Definitely, we love working with various educational establishments. We bring them up to date with the latest trends, share insights about new upcoming collections and even offer customisation of learning tools that are required for a specific task.
